大中华演出部项目经理（执行组）

（一）职位描述

1.对访华演出项目负责，确保演出项目的高质量呈现；

2.了解项目内容、行程及技术需求，与销售组及外联部对接；

3.与销售组客户进行必要的沟通；

4.根据演出行程安排详细日程，包括并不限于酒店、机票、餐饮的安排；

5.协调及陪同项目巡演；

（二）职位要求

1.喜爱古典音乐、芭蕾、舞蹈等表演艺术；

2.本科以上学历，英语、管理及工科类专业优先；

3.性别不限，26岁及以上，有3年以上工作经验；

4.英文听说读写能力优秀；

5.Windows、Office等办公软件熟练；

6.善于与人沟通，抗压力强，逻辑性强，关注细节，能够应对突发事件；

7.学习能力强，可自学古典音乐、芭蕾、舞台剧的乐器、设备、舞台灯光和音响技术需求中英文知识和词汇；

8.有一定自由行国内旅行经验，理解行程安排要素，能适应经常出差；

Project Manager of the Greater China Performance Department

Job description:

1. Responsible for the implementation and execution of performance projects in China, ensuring a high quality presentation of the programme;

2. Familiar with the project content, itinerary and technical requirements, to be of assistance with the sales team and the external department to ensure the implementation of the project;

3. To communicate as necessary with sales team customers;

4. Arrange detailed schedules according to the itinerary, including but not limited to hotel reservation, airline tickets, and catering;

5. To coordinate and accompany through the whole period of tour;

Job requirements:

1. Passion for classical music or ballet and other performing arts;

2. Bachelor degree or above, major in English, management and engineering preferred;

3. No Gender preference, 26 years or above, with more than 3 years of work experience;

4. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;

5. Familiar with Windows, Office and other office software;

6. Good communicator, can work under pressure, logical and with attention to detail, able to cope with emergencies;

7. Strong learning ability, able to self-learn relevant knowledge and vocabulary of classical music, ballet, stage musical instruments, equipment, stage lighting and sound technology needs in Chinese and English;

8. Have the experience in independent travel, understanding of itinerary elements and the ability to adapt to frequent travel;
