What does the role involve?
Every day is different at COS, however your key responsibilities will include directing customer service, analysing sales, staff scheduling, overseeing store operations, training & development, recruitment and managing employees. You will also be involved in planning and ensuring the (store/department) achieves its key selling targets.

At least 1 years’ experience as a floor/department or assistant manager
